Things to know
House rules
- Check-in after 3:00 p.m.
- Check-out before 11:00 a.m.
- Please ensure that the main entrance door remains locked at all times.
- When leaving the building: Press the padlock button on the main entrance keypad to lock the door.
- After entering the building: Once you have gained access, turn the deadbolt/bolt to secure the door.
- Please send us a message to let us know your expected check-in time.
- Parking spaces are available for your convenience on the driveway. Check the listing pictures.
- Make the suite neat when leaving
- The Wi-Fi network name and password are posted in the sitting room near the TV area.
- Any smoking or vaping on the property will result in a CAD $600 fee.
Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation any time before check-in — you get a full refund.
Security deposit
A refundable $30 security deposit applies. It's charged separately at payment, not added to your total, and released within 72 hours after check-out if no issues are reported.
